Cox Capital Launches Multiple Tender Offers

Cox Capital and its purchaser group have launched two mini-tender offers for Franklin BSP Capital Corporation and FS Specialty Lending.

Cox is offering to purchase up to $91.4 million across the offers, both of which will expire on October 31st, 2025.
