Who We Are
Cox Capital Partners is a private investment firm founded in 2020 and focused on providing secondary liquidity solutions to private retail investors in private-market funds, including non-traded BDCs and other investment vehicles with limited redemption opportunities. Our flagship investment fund was launched in April 2020.
We are committed to providing liquidity to the highly fragmented wealth management channel. Through our affiliates and managed investment vehicles, we execute tender offers and other bespoke secondary transactions, helping financial advisors and their clients manage liquidity needs in complex products, while working collaboratively with fund sponsors and intermediaries.
Cox specializes in sourcing and underwriting unique investment opportunities with structural inefficiencies in both liquid and illiquid markets and serving as a direct secondary liquidity provider.
